  • This is SUCH a GREAT store!! I was hesitant when I heard "authorized retailer" but they are so much better than the other full Verizon stores I have been to. When I came in to do a trade in William helped me get $280 for my trade in instead of $69 by advising me to get my cracked screen fixed first and bringing the trade in back a few days later. When I came back in there was a wait so I was able to observe Ashley being very friendly and patient to another customer who wasnt so nice to her. William was again a superstar staying 30 min after closing to get my sons phone transferred and walking me through the whole process! We will definitely be back here!
