  • We bad a prepaid reservation and showed up to a closed facility. No cars in the parking lot, nobody answered the door, nobody answered the phone. The reservation was for my daughter's 16th birthday party and we ended up paying more to get in last minute somewhere else. VERY disappointed. Don't waste your money here!! I want a refund!
