rev:text	I was in the market for a late-model Lotus Evora and Cascio Motors had the nicest one I had ever come across. It was a 1-owner car with low miles. The ad had plenty of photos and after a couple discussions with Joey, I was satisfied that buying this car sight-unseen was not a risk. Joey said he knew the original owner and I don't doubt that he does. Price negotiation was simple and took only a minute. I appreciate a dealer who doesn't play games, knows what he needs for the car and is honest and straightforward enough to just get there with me. I had never shipped a car and Cascio Motors was 2,200 miles away. No problem. Joey not only took care of every detail, he got me a great price. The independent driver who delivered my car in a closed trailer was gracious and professional. The car turned out to be exactly as advertised and the experience had been great. But I needed a big favor from Joey after the sale. The car had been advertised as having an 'upgraded exhaust'. That turned out to be a straight pipe that replaced the original muffler. It is quite loud so I wanted the original muffler that came with the car. Joey said "No problem" and proceeded to retrieve the muffler from the original owner. It took a little while but yesterday it arrived at my door in a well-packed box at no charge to me. Joey had no obligation to do this big favor for me but I think it illustrates the kind of operation Joey runs. I would not hesitate to buy again from Cascio Motors.
