  • I've been going to Polished for the past several months and haven't had ANY issues up until recently. the last time I went in i waited for about 20 minutes over my scheduled time, which is not cool. sorry, not sorry. i then i made my next appointment three weeks later and the one person I am comfortable with and like to go to cancelled the same day and being a creature of habit, I do not like to go to someone else unless I see their work on instagram or the like. I've been trying to book with another reputable person but of course nothing is available and it's extremely frustrating. not that it's their fault per se, but if my lady hadn't cancelled on Sunday it would be a non issue. she better have been deathly ill because that isn't right. I'll be trying other places nearby for the time being.
