  • I've had my alterations done here before and they did a great job however I just had my drycleaning done and that's a WHOLE other story. I just came to pick up my drycleaning and didn't bring my receipt. To be fair they didn't tell me to however I probably should have. They couldn't find my stuff and I tried to ask them how long it would be because I was late for a meeting. I wrote down my name and phone number for her as she asked and she kept asking me if "Rachel" was my first name. After clarifying multiple times another person who worked there joined to help find my belongings. I informed them several times it was 3 pants and 1 jacket. They said "we can't find it..are you sure no one else picked it up?" Finally one of the other girls located my items which were right where the one lady was looking. She went on to say "you said your name was Rachel but this is a different name." I look on the sheet and clear as day it said RACHEL. Because of this confusion I won't be back to this business. They did call me after to apologize which was nice but how that whole situation was handled left me very upset and unsettled.
