  • The Strand is located in CityScape and entered into an agreement with its residents offering a discount if they dine there. As residents, we believed they would honor this agreement but after numerous visits where its managers rejected the discount existed or worse, claimed the discount was discontinued, we've concluded both its management and its ownership has deliberately lied to us. Thus, this is a dishonest establishment unworthy of any positive reviews based on meritorious service or professionalism.
