Great male doctors for teenage boys, especially Dr. Hayden. He will tell it like it is and explain anything you don't understand. Dr. Hayden can gain the trust of my teenage boys and get them to actually take part in their treatment.
Now as for the office staff they have good hearts and most seem like they truly do care and want to help. However the office is very much segregated into very specific job roles and there seems to be no over lap between them. In addition it seems like they are not allowed to help in other sections even if the other area is very busy and overwhelmed. I think this has to do with the Banner Health Network and the way they run their business and not really the way the staff would like to run things.
Here's the tough part do you just put up with the office because the Doctors are great or do you jump ship and find another office?
Been going here for a year.
