I have been a loyal card member for more than 20 years with excellent credit. I was recently cancelled due to failure to pay after one week's notice of an overdue bill and no phone calls made to contact me. When I called to explain the situation and determine how I would go about receiving my $600 over payment, I was told nothing could be done about the report to my credit. While I love Dillard's, and have spent literally thousands of dollars in their stores, I will not be shopping here anymore.
