  • This business has the worst customer service when it comes to taking responsibility for damaging clothes. I have been doing business with this Dry Cleaners for over four (4) years and never had any issues. Received a laundered dress shift that clearly had a small iron burn mark, and the clerk agreed it was something that could happen during the laundry process. The clerk referred it to the owner/manager who quickly stated that I intentionally burned the shirt. I would have been more than happy with store credit for a nominal amount to settle the damage since the shirt was not brand new. I was appalled at their lack of concern and accountability, especially since I was a long time customer that never had any issues in the past. It is amazing how a service company chooses to lose customers over a small issue instead of making it right. I will never go back there again!
