  • Brought a Partscaster Telecaster in for them to do some neck and set up work. The guitar had a few issues. They were friendly, informative, and willing to spend the time to get to know the needs. What I really loved was the great communication. When they experienced an unknown issue they called, gave me a rundown, explaining in full the problem and solution, expected costs, and a new timeline which they honored like champs. They actually called me on the days they said they would! Other places are like dropping things into a black hole with very little communication through the process. Not these guys. Obviously love what they do and the Tele plays awesome! Real professionals! Definitely recommend!
