  • I love lush products. We were eating nearby so we walked in and i walked straight to the product that i wanted and got it off the shelf. An employee walked over and started telling us about a sale they were having. My wife was holding our daughter who started fussing so my wife walked away. The sales person turned to me and said "well like i was going to tell her before she walked away from me..." and continued with her pitch. I put the product that i wanted back on the shelf and left. I have had a problem shopping at lush before with other sales associates being pushy and rude when i just want to buy my product and leave, but this was too much. Your customers are under no obligation to listen to your pitch, especially when they're holding an impatient toddler.
