  • Accidentally WLKED-IN to this location while on our way to our appointment at 9AM at Birth Control Care Center, which is the clinic located further past this in the utmost back area. Although I asked the receptionist whether we were in the right location and informed her of our appointment, she insisted that she could provide all necessary information and or treatment for what the other clinic could not provide for us. Even though we already had a scheduled appointment at BCCC which we were late to, I felt like the receptionist was forcing herself on us to stay instead of allowing us to proceed towards the exit. I did thank her for whatever service she was willing to offer, however felt best to leave before she decided to input our information. I'm not claiming that this clinic doesn't have any great services such as free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and what not, however I am claiming that their approach to situations such as ours should of been taken more lightly, especially their tactics in offering services to someone who was not seeking any. In this case, my experience should of been a simple answer to a simple question, but it was not.
