  • Not happy with this HOA!! Gate in our community here at the Black Mulberry entrance has not worked right since before the holidays. I have called and talked to them. Got handled and they stated they are aware and parts had to be ordered. I call again and leave messages and no replies. I just emailed them the other day and told them how upset I was about the gate not working. No reply. I called today and phone line isn't working. Way to go Cameron & Crestone!! No stars for you. Wish I didn't have to deal with you any longer. You're real quick to send your letters stating that my branches are an inch to long or I leave my garbage can out too long because I work graveyard. However, when I need something it's impossible to get you to do anything about it. THANKS A LOT... IF I WAS A NEW BUYER IN THE MARKET I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS AREA. PS. Esther H is full of it. community has cans and bottles all over along with the trash. Kids are constantly breaking everything at the pool. Smoking pot in the bathrooms and around the pool area. (I called about that too and got the runaround) People coming in the gate all hours of the night with their ghetto music playing loud enough to rattle my windows and walls. They are so proud of their 500 dollar cars with 2,000 dollar stereos. I can't wait to leave this neighborhood. Can't get far enough away from the ghetto people and lousy HOA's Not Respectfully, Moving Very Soon
