  • MGM you should be ashamed to call yourself a Hotel. What a dump! I was sentenced, yes sentenced to a room in the West Wing. They should have escalators to get you there since the walk to the room was so far from the check in area that you were exhausted by time you arrived in your room. The hallways had low ceilings and were dark. Honestly a bit scary. The room reminded me of an inside cabin on a cruise ship. It has the smallest window with barely any light that was located above the bed. The bathroom area looked just like the bathroom on a cruise ship. No privacy at all! The room was dirty with hair in the shower from the last guests. The shower itself had chunks out of the floor pan. I felt dirty staying in the room. I tried calling the front desk to complain or at least have someone come clean the nasty room, guess what the phone didn't work. I visit Vegas about 10 times a year and honestly I would stay at a Motel 6 before even stepping foot in the door of this dump! Do yourself a favor stay else where!
