  • I have been here before and everyone was super nice and professional. This time I came in to pick up glasses and was told to take a seat and they would call me. Glasses were paid for. I was just picking up. In and out right? I proceeded to wait about 20 minutes. I was on the phone but super quite and respectful to everyone in the office. Mind you there was only one other customer. 2 women kept looking at me and talking to each other but never said anything to me. I started to wonder if there was something wrong? Finally one of the women says to me rudely, "Excuse me, we have been ready for you this whole time, we were just waiting for you to get off the phone." Wow! Ok. Taking my business elsewhere.
