  • Requested a service to identify two leaks prior to moving out of state - 10 min required to caulk and "fix" the first (though we aren't sure if it is actually fixed because we left before it rained again). The technician was unable to locate the second. Because his english was extremely poor, all I was able to determine was that he was going to send his boss out to take a look. No call, no follow-up, but we received a bill for the full service call none-the-less. 20 min of "effort" for a $150 bill and still no answer for the other leak. Take your business elsewhere - the cost of your service fee will be wasted!!!
