  • Even though they have great doctors, the looping phone system and the fact that they seldom return phone calls when you finally get a chance to leave a message frustrates me. I hate having to call this office. In this day and age, effective communication should not be this difficult. And, when you do get to actually talk to someone, "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing" in this office.
