  • The dentist seemed annoyed with my questions. I waited for over 40 minutes to be helped with a quote, was forgotten about, ended up having to leave and never received my quote. Was advised I could only transfer ONCE transfer between offices, when it clearly states on their hold message "Two offices conveniently located in Phoenix and Scottsdale to serve you". When I asked Bianca where in the paperwork that I signed does it say that, she stated it didn't say it anywhere. That was the office's policy, and if their hours or locations didn't work with my schedule I was "more than welcome to go to another orthodontist ".
