  • Brought my IPad in for the screen to be fixed. What was suppose to be a couple hour job was almost 5 days. Granted I dropped it off in a Friday evening knowing I probably wasn't going to get it back till Saturday. 3 times I was told someone would call me. I had to call them every time. The worst part is when I went to pick it up there was a line right down the middle of it. Did they think I was so dumb I wouldn't notice it. Add another day for them to fix that. Went to pick it up again and they show me how different colors scroll through sometimes now. By then I had had it. I didn't have these problems at all when I brought it in. 2'weeks later I have no issuable IPad.
