We just moved from out of state so this was our first visit here and unfortunately, I was not impressed. I arrived 35 minutes early (I knew I would likely have some extra paperwork) and ended up waiting almost an hour and a half (with an infant--eeek) before the doctor came in. She said she had been running late all day, which I understand, but when you are dealing with children and babies, 90 minutes is just too much. (I wish they would have called or texted to tell me to come later.) I gave two stars instead of one because Dr. Richter (who came highly recommended) spent quite a bit of time with us. Minus the time spent, she was friendly, but I didn't personally enjoy her bedside manor (she swore a few times when she was cracking jokes, which I normally wouldn't mind but it was unnecessary in front of my kids). I believe she has since left the clinic. Within their system you can go wherever and if she hadn't left, I likely would have moved to a different doctor and/or location. Nurses were friendly and they do have different waiting areas for sick/healthy children.
