  • I had exactly the same experience as Amy T!!! I just went the other day same deal asked for a trim asked for the bangs not to be too short the bangs are screwed up I have different lengths of hair when I asked for a face frame and asked to keep the length just frame it so i can still do what i want she had no clue her name was Michele she was an older women not a bob but an older style. She talked to the other women that worked there she did not pay attention. She never checked my hair and she never blended anything now I have to find someone to fix it I am horrified... I should have listened to my mom who always said you get what you pay for and my impatience did NOT pay off SUPERCUTS? NO SHITTY CUTS!!!! I hope that bitches hair catches fire and falls out!
