| - Our two boys were SO Excited to go for the first time. My wife and I wanted to catch a movie and a bite to eat, so we told them it would be a few hours. Our youngest had a good time, our oldest who is 6did not. He's never had an issue making friends or playing with other kids. Two kids turned him down to play a game, which I get, kids will be kids. He then walked around for the next 3 hours by himself. What I'm upset about is, NOT ONE staff member asked him if he was ok. NOT ONE staff member said, "hey, let's play." FOR 3 HOURS???
Next time, instead of spending $80 for "CHILDCARE" at Kids Quest, we'll stick with our go-to babysitter that actually cares about them.
We thought this would be fun, something different and maybe a future birthday party spot. We'll go somewhere else, and we'll make sure we recommend the same to everyone else we hear that wants to try Kids Quest.
