I have been a sprint customer for over 7 years and I have been satisfied with the service they provide. I went into this location tonight to try and have a new phone paired with my old device. The customer service I received tonight was horrible. I was told that they could do it but it would take at least 45 minutes. Then I asked if there was a way they can walk me through the steps to do it at home since it was getting late. I received rolling eyes and just attitude. The gentleman (whose name tag was not on ) continued to give me attitude as he was condescendingly explaining the steps. I'm not Steve Jobs, I don't know tech lingo but in that same note I'm not a complete idiot either. I will never go back to this location and I'm seriously considering changing carriers because of his bad customer service.
