  • If you're planning to have some personal time and relax, this is not the place to go. I have been here a couple of times before but never have been treated so disrespectfully in my life. This guy started giving me a speech of how I should wait till he calls me over. When the other people that work there told me to go there, where's the communication?? Do they know what customer service is??. Also he put the water and left me, immediately the water started splashing all over me... I got soaked and my phone got messed up. I am never coming back to this place. Worst nail salon in charlotte.
