The food was great! I'm giving it a bad rating due to three things;
The service was horrible! Our waitress wasn't interested in being friendly. The only interest she held was sneezing into her hands and then touching our glasses and plates. NO charisma, no class and they weren't working to please their customers at all.
The restaurant is uncomfortable. We were led down the stairs to an area that looks out to the pool. The front of the restaurant that had cozy looking booths and intimate table were passed up and we were placed in the middle of the walk way between the kitchen/service area and other tables!! There were people constantly brushing up against our backs and the seats are very small and have very little butt space. The pad of the chair is short and narrow. The odd thing is, there weren't any customers we when came in the front part of the restaurant, so they could have sat us there. Also, the sun was beating down on us and there wasn't any shade given so we had to eat with the sun in our eyes. This has been hands down the most uncomfortable restaurant experience in Las Vegas so far. The atmosphere distracted us from the food and dining experience.
Lastly, the dessert menu was unimpressive. Standard Italian desserts. This place has great food but lousy service and ambience, which will turn people away.
