  • Not impressed so far. The whole call ahead and make a reservation is useless. I called at 0800am to advise them that I would need to get picked up at the auto shop. They said they would but when I got to body shop I still had to wait about 30 mins to get driven over here. The driver was nice but it nauseated me to see what looked like a cup where he would spit in the cup holder. Whether it was due to indigestion or tabaco chewing, I didn't bother to inspect. When I got to this shop, I was helped rather quickly, however was told that I had to wait as they did not have a car ready. I asked what was the point of calling ahead to reserve it then, and the guys response was simply, "Everyone here has been waiting and they have a reservation as well. Take a seat and we will get to you as soon as we can" Maybe I'm just spoiled by Hertz where I make reservation and the car is waiting for me when I get there. 25 mins later I'm still waiting. :(
