  • It was my first time visiting a few days ago and I must say it was much better than I expected. Front desk was very polite, the wait wasn't too long and the asst and the vet who saw my puppy were really great with him. The only problem I had was when it was time to checkout the two ladies at the desk in the back totally ignored us to have a conversation that sounded nothing like it was work related. After a min of standing there I had to interrupt and ask if this is where we are to checkout at. The one lady said yes and then continued her convo, the other one never turned around to acknowledge me. Finally they wrapped it up and then one walked away with no apology and the other one turned around to take care of us. She was nice but by then it was too late. I will return but those 2 in the back need to find their manners and use them.
