I've spent many an evening at c'est what, including last night and have always enjoyed myself. It's cozy and comfy. Service varies from competent and pleasant enough to neglectful and rude, depending on the night. Last night was a good one. The bartender rolled with my lengthy and persnickity beer requests and recommended a couple of perfect fits from the always excellent and primarily local draft beer selection. The food is reasonably good as well - I've always been happy enough with it, but never blown away. Last night I ate the Hogtown Salad which is full of bacon and egg and yumminess. Another successful c'est what visit.
