  • Staff are kids themselves and don't watch the kids. Most are jumping themselves without regard to the safety of the kids. Went there 3 times and the manager has still not required the staff to monitor and keep the kids safe. They have NO guide lines to review before you enter. The kids run around like chaos. I have been to many tramp parks and this one is by far the most careless with the safety of the little ones. It I am sure is popular due to the lack of enforcement of safe policies but will only be a matter of time before it is shut down because someone was seriously injured or killed. One recommendation is to require participants to watch a safety video before entering as was done at the best trampoline park we have been to. And then (imagine this) enforce the policies.
