  • I had a hard time deciding how many stars to give this place. I used a Groupon and attended about 10 times, but ended up joining another workout program instead. The positives: 1. Just like everyone else mentioned, the trainers here are all very good, they are professional and try to help you to achieve your goals. 2. The classes themselves are challenging and fast paced, I always felt good after the 30-40 mins session. I have not worked out in a long time before attending here, this place can definitely get you into a daily workout routine. 3. Scheduling is very flexible, classes are never too crowded. I've never needed to schedule my classes in advance, just show up and work. The cons: 1. Really hated their mandatory sales pitch (they call it "orientation"). The front desk person told me I had to come to a orientation at 5 or 6pm on a Tuesday before I can start on my Groupon. I have small children, and very busy in the evenings, after I explained my situation, no one seemed to be interested in accommodating my schedule, just all told me I have to come on a Tuesday evening. The actual orientation is only about 20 mins, with a very lame power point presentation, a weigh in, and was handed the price sheet. The owner that did the orientation was nice, but it was a complete waste of time (I was kind of expecting a good sales pitch or a motivational speech of some sort since it was mandatory and have to be done with the owner) honestly, i think it would have worked a lot better if they had just emailed me the price. (At least for me, I would have wanted to take advantage of the sign up bonus before I even start with them) But the whole thing was really off putting to me. 2. Although I enjoyed the classes, and like the fact the workouts are different everyday, even different format once a week. I found that I really needed more cardio for my fitness routine. (The fast paced environment is kind of a cardio of its own, I understand that), but I eventually found another boutique group fitness that works better for my needs. Although, I didn't join this place. I would still recommend this this gym for anyone that needs a half an hour workout daily. It really did a good job of getting me a little more motivated to work out, and that's worth a lot more than the groupon price I paid. Pricing is: 139 a month on auto pay or 169 a month to month. They do half off for other members in your family, as long as one person pays full price, other members are all half off. I think price is about what I would expect. It is maybe slight higher, considering all the other places I have been to are way nicer decorated lol (think very nice heated yoga studios for $99 month) But if this class works for you, it definitely is way cheaper than a personal trainer; and if it motivates you to stay fit, it definitely is worth the price.
