  • Hi, We're in Las Vegas right now on Vacation with the family. My 2008 Kia Sedona broke down for overheating. I took it to Firestone in S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. I paid for diagnostic last Saturday and said they can fix the radiator for $900 and should be ready for pickup Monday. I said fine. Monday Morning I got a call from Bing Lin letting me know that something's wrong with the fan and it's gonna cost me additional $600 plus. I said fine what's my choice. We have to go home to LA. Right now we extended our stay in Circus Circus just for this. And today Tuesday they said they haven't received the parts yet. This is turning to be a nightmare. I feel like they are taking advantage of people desperate especially tourist. Please help.
