5 stars for cleanliness and experience, but I dropped one star for certain front desk employee's attitude. I can't deny that the times that I have gone in, I had a great experience with the staff that personally took care of me. It's my first time wearing contacts and frankly I was a bit skeptical about even going that route since I'm very picky about putting thing on my eyeball. The doc was very friendly and knowledgeable. The first set of contacts that were given to me were awful. I have to wear a special kind because of my astigmatism:( I went back for a follow up and they gave me a different brand. It was like night and day of a difference. I hardly knew I was wearing them. So bottom line I'm happy with everything. The attitude that I was referring to above, was basically a phone call I made to reschedule and when I told her what day I wanted... I paused for a minute to figure out what time I wanted. She breathed into the phone impatiently and called out a time "HOW ABOUT 2:30pm?" Umm... Ok and she rushed off the phone. She got very irritated with me. Oh well, the good is better than the bad.
