  • No 'Star' rating here! Can't post unless I check a star! We ordered a canopy shell for our truck. It was to be delivered in a timely manor, as we were just passing through the area. They even set up an appt. for install, at the time of order. Said they 'bumped' a shell and put our order on a deliver truck, headed their way. The appt. day arrives, I drive 2 hours for the install appt...20 minutes before my arrival they call saying it's not here. But, it's on the way...4 days later, it's here! "Come in this afternoon for install!" I arrive, it's not what I ordered! A totally different brand, (I do a quick research on it, it's a lessor brand, color looks close but a shade or two lighter. He wants me to take it, pay the same price, for something we did not order!!) I refuse to take this, asking for our deposit back, & cancel our original order. He did not deliver, as he told me. He refused to cancel our original order or return our deposit. I called ATC, in Kansas, the company our order is to. They have no record of this company placing our order. BEWARE CONSUMERS! I wish I had read YELP reviews prior to contacting this company. Beware, just beware! Was definitely an unpleasant, disappointing event at the 'Fremont Street' facility. Definitely worth a report to the BBB, etc.
