| - Worst experience ever with a car dealership! From the moment I walked in, the gentleman I worked with was extremely rude. I'm not even sure who I was speaking with! I had an appointment with one guy but that wasn't who came out to greet me, he didn't tell me his name. I believe it was Kevin, but he was working with his manager Josh who was just as rude to me. I am a college student who just finished an internship and am starting a new job in two weeks. I just wanted to try to trade in my 2012 for a decent car with lower monthly payments. I explained all of this to the salesperson and he became instantly even more rude! He spoke to me as if I was a child, left the room for a half hour (evaluated my car) and came back - threw my keys on the table and told me there was nothing he could do for me (BTW I've had my car evaluated multiple times before - I owe just about how much it's worth so that wasn't the issue). Didn't show me a car, didn't try to talk it through with me, nothing. It was absolutely horrible, they made me feel worthless because I was in between jobs (which is stupid because I actually have amazing credit history and plenty of money - the right car was basically a guaranteed sale that they just lost)
I asked him about the specific car that I inquired about online (which was why I was there) and that it said it could get me into the right price that I was looking for. He told me almost word for word that they just put things like that on there to get people in the door - it isn't really true.
Oh! and he told me the moment that I walked in that he looked me up on facebook prior to me coming in.. which just seemed odd to me and made me very uncomfortable. I don't see any reason why a car dealer would get any benefit out of looking up someone on facebook prior to them coming in to look at cars, it's creepy. So, basically I was stalked, lied to, and treated horribly. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone - unless they wanted to be treated like crap!
