  • I used to be a customer of Shutterfly, but they have raised their shipping costs through the roof. They sent me a promotion for 250 free 4x6 prints which was pretty nice, however after a half hour of uploading and selecting the photos I found the shipping cost was over $25 - just for the prints. The shipping is about $0.08 a print plus $1.79, which adds up to a fee that would cover the actual "shipping" cost several times over. Not hard to see whats going on there. The quality of their products seems pretty good, though for photo gifts I prefer Zazzle, since the tools on Shutterfly do not allow for as much customization. If it were not for their greedy shipping costs I would still be a customer. I won't waste my time with them anymore.
