  • The man working was helpful, informative, and easy to deal with. I came in with my bathroom faucet, yes, the whole thing. I had a leak on one side and wasn't sure if I needed to replace the whole thing or not. I was given a tiny spring and a mini washer with an explanation of what to do. I asked if he could do it for me and the woman immediately said "No!". She then spoke Portuguese right in front of me saying something that obviously she didn't want me to understand. Wow. I can't believe the woman working here had such poor customer service skills! I would've paid if they asked me. I would've told everyone to go here for plumbing needs. I would've written a 5 star review instead of this 3 star review. It basically averages out the 1 I give to her, and the 5 I give to him. I honestly don't even know what else to say.
