I've came to this place for pedicures many time and I was pleased with the result - but coming here for my nails is a big no-no for me for the 3rd time. This time I was upset because apparently they won't do shellac unless I do a fill (kinda forceful don't you think?) I didn't want to do a fill anymore, but the girl told me she won't put the shellac on after shaving it down because because they had many client complaints afterwards (I guess due to brittle and weakness of nails). Unless you tell your clients the problem with doing just shellac and not the fill, clients should understand not to complain because it was their choice. I don't understand why they wouldnt give what the clients want with their nails. But that's not only the reason why I left the nail salon pretty unhappy .. it's also because they were super duper thick and bumpy and my pinky is throbbing from the deep cut she filed me with. I honestly didn't want to tip but I'm not mean lol $45 down the drain and lost a client.
