  • I'm not sure where all the good reviews come from. I called Chad the day before yesterday requesting a quote for some interior paint work. We set an appointment for 10am today to have him look at the job and provide a quote. My wife waited and waited and Chad never showed. No phone call, nothing. So, I always want to give someone the benefit of the doubt before rendering a judgement. I figured maybe something had come up and would be willing to give him a second chance. I called Chad today several times. Text him several times. Messaged him via Yelp. And nothing. No call. No text. No response to my Yelp message. This is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend Chad to anyone. If someone can't answer the phone or return a text, why would you trust them with a project in your house? Unbelievable.
