  • Loved everything about this hotel EXCEPT the cab driver they hooked me up with who charged me $88 to get back to the airport. (It only cost $58 in from the airport.) When I asked what the difference was, he explained that it was a flat rate to the airport ($65) but that my trip was straight rates. (My hotel was literally next to the airport. Had I known this, I would have had him drop me off at the airport and walked across the street. And it still doesn't account for the difference from the price on the way in. Suffice to say, I am calling my credit card company to reject the charge and the tip. But everything else about this facility was great. The staff was incredible, food was good, grounds are lovely. Oh and I was there for a conference and it was FREEZING (inside the hotel, not out) the whole time.
