  • I've been to Monta, Jinya, Fukumimi, and Tatsu here in Vegas, but I gotta say that Sora is the king of ramen in this city of sin. No wonder this place is always busy regardless of the time of day. I've tried their spicy miso ramen and recently had their spicy ramen with the shio broth. The shio broth was amazing, very clean and simple yet really flavorful, and it really brought out the spiciness. I don't remember enjoying a bowl of ramen as much as I did this time. I also didn't expect it to be that spicy, but I actually broke a sweat. And from what I remember the spicy miso wasn't that spicy, maybe because the heaviness of the miso broth absorbs the spiciness idk. I'm gonna have to try the Screaming Vengeance, one of these days... The fried rice and gyoza are pretty good as well, and service has always been on point. This will definitely be my go to spot for ramen.
