rev:text	Entering into the building a gentleman greets us immediately so quickly that I only cough part of the end so I said "excuse me?" He repeated "welcome to progressive center, Tina will help you over here!" Tina immediately saids e, I leave in 30 minutes!!!" Wow.... I still can't believe the customer service in general in las vegas but progressive is a big company and they need to hire people with great customer service not just mediocre!!! This lady just made us feel like a burden to her time aster all we wouldn't want her to stay a extra 5 minutes doing her job!!!! I didn't get the other ladies name who clearly didn't care for Tinas welcoming skills so she saids "I'll take care of them." Then Tina saids "no, I'll do it." And the other nice lady saids " no, you get off in 10 minutes!" Yeah Tina so why don't you just go home!! This experience totally turned me off!!!!
