  • This place is a mill, lacking in compassion. I needed an MRI of my head and neck and it literally took me 2 months in pain to get it approved with my HMO insurance. When I got to STEINBURG they wouldn't do it unless I paid my $200 co-pay on the spot. I was willing to give them the money I had and make payments, but they would rather turn me away. The girl at the window had a very bad attitude and -like I said, she was completely lacking in any compassion. They must get credit for having high collectibles as employees at that place! I guess I'll have to save for a few months and then hopefully find some place else that takes my insurance!
