Price and actual surgery went well!
Everything else need improvements. I am a patient person but 2 hours, no rhyme or reason to which patient gets serviced initially is a problem. Should only be there an hour.
It said to allow 2-4 hours on surgery day but I was there 5 hours and if I didn't speak up it would have been longer. (Appointment for 8:15 am finally left at 1:30 pm.) Actual time spent in evaluation, testing, payment & surgery was only about an hour!
Also they could provide other beverages than coffee (not allowed on surgery day). Snack option would be an added bonus but nothing now provided.
Another thing that could be improved upon is entertainment, if your going to have someone in your waiting room for 4 plus hours at least put tv or movies on the same video required to be watched on the initial appointment on repeat for hours is truly painful!
The staff seem to think this horrible service is standard but it shouldn't be! If you care about your patient show it in knowing how to schedule to show you respect us as human beings (treated as cattle herded through)!
