  • I purchased a Prada bag on a trip to LV and when I got home and used it for a week, the buckle on it broke. I could not believe that happened on such an expensive bag. I called the Prada store where I purchased it and told the person who answered what had happend, and asked where I should send it to get it replaced or repaired since i live on the east coast. Well she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do for me and I probably should get it repaired.I would never buy another Prada item again since they obviously do not stand behind their products.
