  • Terrible customer service. We came in sat down and waited for about 10 minutes. Finally, the worker yelled from across the room, "What? Do you need a menu or something?" Customer service is usually spot on at other restaurants and bars in this area. PT's Pub is the exception here. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Village Pub instead.
