  • Just took my wife's diamonds in for their semi annual cleaning...something I've been doing for years with Bill at the pgh mills location... Made the mistake of stopping at this location since I was in the area. I was not actually approached by any of half dozen salespeople and decided to ask the dirty blonde woman (who wasn't assisting anyone) to inspect and clean the $14000 worth of jewelry I brought in. .. I was met with a nasty tone, literally snarled at me then came an eye roll that nearly rolled her eyes out of her head "I guess I'll do it" followed by "Do you have the paperwork?!" She stomped away and threw the jewelry into the cleaning machine and yelled to another girl to get the paperwork and fill it out. I've had better customer service at taco bell. I will never return to this location. If you want to have your day ruined by the rudest woman ever come here. And to top it off, my wife's very expensive diamond ring IS STILL DIRTY! WTF!
