  • After being lied to by ADT I went on yelp in search of an alarm company, one that was local if possible. I ran across Brantley and gave them a call. The same day they sent over Bob, their sales rep. I told him everything I wanted and everything I didn't. He actually took the time to listen and made some recommendations based on what I wanted. At the end of our meet, I told him that I wanted to think about it. Never did he push or did I feel pressured to sign anything. I called him a few hours later and told him I wanted to go ahead with the install. The next day they sent installer Mark over. This guy was a true professional and knew what he was doing. I had done a lot of research on alarms and i know about them more than the average Joe. There was not a single question that I asked mark that he didn't have an answer for and knew was he was talking about. The day after the install I had some more questions about the alarm and Mark came back to explain them to me. Truly amazing. Please do yourself a favor and avoid ADT at all costs. Thank god I cancelled with ADT within the 3 day cooling off period. Give Brantley a chance, you won't regret it. I rather give my money to a small local company who actually cares about its customers than a large company who only care about getting you to sign on the line.
