  • Baby octopus and shrimp anyone?? Visting the West Side Market yesterday, we'd read about Kate's Fish market. Wow! Their offerings were as promised: fresh, clean, and beyond yummy. Baby octopus isn't an ingredient you find very often. We've eaten octopus in a few restaurants, but never had the opportunity to try cooking it for ourselves. Well with the guidance of Kates staff, we served up an incredible 5 star worthy meal: Baby octopus, clean large shrimp, Ohio City squid ink pasta and their roasted garlic butter. OMG! Kate we love you! Fresh ingredients, handled with care, the best seafood we've had the pleasure to put in our mouths!!
