  • I just want to thank the management for giving me the fitness room key. This place did let me move in quickly and Heather was always nice prior to the incident I originally complained about. I didn't know the other girl's name, but now I do. Her name is Veronica and and she said she only works weekends. I was angry and she escalated it by talking to me like I was a 5 yr old and saying she would not talk unless I whispered. She was so condescending and rude. I also can not be sure which one of them screamed "Karma is a BITCH!" I just wanted to clear that up and increase the rating.
