  • To be honest I wasn't going to store here after I walked in and realized the rate was a little different than what it showed online but, the customer service given by Feather Rae was second to none. So, we stayed. She was very welcoming, funny and cool! Who cares about the price, if people will treat me with respect and like a friend as Feather Rae did I would pay anything. She shared a few laughs with us because my daughter was being a little smarty pants and mentioned it was ok that she had kids too. Now that's cool that people don't flip out when a kid acts like a kid. I liked that about her. I know it's a long review but, when someone treats you with above and beyond customer service they should be recognized. Feather Rae, you run a great facility. Keep doing what your doing. PUBLIC STORAGE GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!!
